The Rapha Mental and Wellness Center is seeking a highly compassionate and experienced Clinical Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team as a full-time remote provider. Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, providing flexibility for work-life balance while ensuring access to vital mental health resources for our clients. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate symptoms, severity, and the impact of mood disorders on their daily lives.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and aspirations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Provide ongoing education and guidance to clients and their families about mood disorders, empowering them to understand treatment options and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adapting treatment plans as necessary to best meet their evolving needs.

• Engage in collaborative case management with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and treatment methodologies in the field of mood disorders to enhance the effectiveness of therapy.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous professional development to improve clinical skills and knowledge.

• Act as an advocate for clients, striving to reduce the stigma surrounding mood disorders and promoting mental health awareness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will engage with a broad range of clients from varying backgrounds, each requiring personalized attention and care strategies to navigate their mental health challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Kansas as an LCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT.
\n
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, specifically with mood disorders preferred.
\n
• Proficient in employing evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and its role in mood disorder treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health clinic setting.

• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms to facilitate remote client care.

• Experience in conducting training or workshops focused on mental health awareness is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually.
