This role is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to create your own schedule while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique mental health needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans grounded in best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy ( CBT ) and dialectical behavior therapy ( DBT ), that are tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and data integrity.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychologists, educators, and mental health specialists to provide holistic care to students.
\n
• Participating in regular case consultations and supervision meetings, contributing to peer reviews, and reflecting on best practice approaches to enhance clinical care.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources that could provide further support.
\n
• Staying abreast of the latest research and techniques in the field of clinical social work to continually refine your skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents who may experience a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in their lives by guiding them through their difficulties and promoting mental health awareness and resilience within their families and school environments.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in social work, preferably in school or community mental health settings.
\n
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans based on individual needs.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse populations.
\n
• A commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and promoting social justice within the mental health sphere.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a school setting or familiarity with educational systems and the challenges faced by students and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our employees benefit from:
