Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, which include preliminary interviews to assess clients’ emotional, behavioral, and psychological states.

• Document and maintain accurate case records, tracking client progress from initial contact through the end of treatment.

• Develop personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that foster trust and openness.

• Monitor and assess client progress via regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients admitted to hospitals, ensuring continuity of care and support during their stay.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor, you will work with a diverse client population dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
