As part of a detox center dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery, you will engage virtually with clients, coordinating care and providing essential therapy services in a supportive virtual team environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients who present with symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in virtual sessions and through community outreach.

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients to foster a trusting relationship that encourages open communication and engagement in treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring access to necessary linked services and resources for optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including brief evidence-based screenings and coordinate further evaluations as appropriate, tailoring approaches to meet client needs.

• Monitor client progress regularly through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing techniques tailored to age-specific and developmental considerations.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams to promote collaborative care, sharing insights and resources that align with team goals and improve service delivery.

• Utilize organizational tools to ensure prompt completion of documentation, including treatment progress notes and performance benchmarks.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring safety and stability for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Assist in quality improvement initiatives within the agency, contributing to committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with severe mental health issues and emotional Dysregulation in a detox setting. You'll work closely with a diverse population, addressing their unique needs with sensitivity and respect for their cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting their recovery and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required, with active LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of clinical social work experience, preferably working with clients facing serious mental health challenges.

• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies suitable for diverse populations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.

• Competency in understanding age-related or specialty issues pertinent to the populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
