Business Development Representative – Healthcare (REMOTE w/Travel) Do you want to have a positive impact in the lives of adolescents? Copper Hills Youth Center is a residential treatment facility located in West Jordan, Utah that serves male and female 12‑17 year olds diagnosed with psychiatric disorders. The facility promotes healing and strengthens relationships by providing extraordinary care in a trauma‑informed environment. Through personal accountability, effective communication, integrity, respect, and teamwork, we enhance the lives of youth, families, employees, and the community. Position Type: Full‑time salaried exempt position. Travel: 75%+ weekly travel required to the western part of the US; other states as required by business necessity. Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year, based on education and experience. Location: The successful candidate will live in Washington State. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – REQUIRED. M.S. Marketing, Business Administration – PREFERRED. Experience: Five years’ experience preferred in a related behavioral health field Experience with managed healthcare organizations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capable of operating independently, effectively, and self‑motivated Able to analyze, plan, and follow through for maximum effectiveness Experience developing new territories in target markets Ability to close sales and achieve assigned objectives Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse terminology Experience in customer service in the health care field preferred Working courteously with the public and with individuals within the facility License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
