Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients to effectively understand their mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized treatment to clients through various modalities, including one-on-one therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated treatment planning and continuity of care.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals and targeted interventions.

• Respond dynamically to client needs by providing crisis intervention, risk assessments, and creating safety plans when required.

• Facilitate educational group therapy sessions and support groups, promoting community healing and skill-building.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
