Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and professional relationships while prioritizing ethical guidelines and boundaries.

• Conducting regular therapy sessions to assess client progress, exploring their stability, planning upcoming appointments, and determining appropriate discharge planning.

• Crafting, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with our clinical standards.

• Performing initial intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about new clients and their needs.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly, adapting session content based on client feedback and needs.

• Engaging in regular supervision meetings to discuss clinical cases, gain insights, and develop therapeutically.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
