Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing clinical assessments to guide the development of customized treatment programs.
• Create and execute therapeutic plans that incorporate a variety of techniques aimed at improving patient function, reducing pain, and promoting overall physical health.
• Engage in daily treatment sessions encompassing a diverse range of specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine disciplines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that each patient feels supported and valued throughout their rehabilitation experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, promoting active involvement in the recovery process through consultations and training.
• Meet performance and utilization goals, contributing effectively to the clinic's overall success and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• Possession of a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills to manage patient documentation and records.
• A passion for building strong therapeutic relationships, empowering patients to achieve their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical setting involving diverse patient populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or sports rehabilitation will be viewed favorably. Additional certifications or specialized training in areas like manual therapy, sports therapy, or neurology can set you apart in the application process.

Compensation and Benefits
