Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities by applying diagnostic assessments to identify functional limitations and potential treatment pathways.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at alleviating pain, enhancing mobility, and promoting overall physical health in accordance with established care protocols.
• Collaborate with physical therapy assistants, ensuring seamless implementation of care plans and providing ongoing supervision as required by state law.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual exercises, traction, and modalities, enhancing patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding orthotic and prosthetic devices to enhance patient mobility and functionality.
• Document patient progress meticulously through comprehensive clinical records, including evaluations, treatment plans, and outcome measures.
• Engage with patients and their families, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey and educating them on the use and care of therapy devices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and adjust treatment protocols, focusing on community resource utilization for enhanced patient support.

• Complete administrative duties and documentation in compliance with company policy, ensuring timely submissions of clinical and payroll reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

PerformAX Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
