Administrative HR Assistant

Position Overview: The Administrative HR Assistant offers vital clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring meticulous recordkeeping and efficient management of employee documentation. This role focuses on scanning, filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential personnel records in both digital and physical formats. Attention to detail, discretion, and multitasking abilities are essential for success. Key Responsibilities: Scan, upload, and organize employee documents into electronic and physical files. Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-structured personnel records. Retrieve and archive HR files as requested by the team. Perform data entry and update HR systems and spreadsheets. Prepare new hire paperwork and manage onboarding documentation. Track and file compliance forms such as I-9s, licenses, and certifications. Respond to basic HR administrative inquiries or direct them appropriately. Assemble HR packets, forms, and correspondence. Schedule meetings, orientations, and appointments as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all employee information. Provide general clerical support including copying, scanning, mailing, and supply management. Education and Experience: Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Associate's degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 1-2 years in administrative, clerical, or office support roles. Proficiency in MS Office suite is required. Professional Requirements: Adhere to regulatory and organizational policies. Reliable attendance and timely completion of tasks. Exemplify respectful and courteous communication with colleagues and stakeholders. This opportunity is based in a regional setting within the Pacific Northwest. The role is part-time, approximately 24 hours per week, primarily during daytime hours.
