Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions, either through teletherapy for remote sessions or in-person when necessary, focused on promoting personal growth and coping strategies.

• Ensure that thorough documentation is maintained to uphold ethical standards and comply with service regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients within a hospice care setting, where you will address the psychological aspects of dealing with terminal illnesses. You will work with individuals and families, providing emotional support, grief counseling, and therapy aimed at improving their overall well-being during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Arizona.

• A graduate degree (Master's or Doctoral) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapist-client relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life counseling is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
