You've been close to revenue in a prior role and it shows Data-disciplined: Obsessive about data hygiene, attribution, and measurement. Energized by a nimble team where your work directly moves the number 3–5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, growth engineering, sales engineering, or a technical role within a B2B SaaS go-to-market team. What you've built matters more than how long you've been building Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) at the architecture level — not just as an end user. You've designed lead routing, built automation, and maintained data integrity Proficiency with modern GTM tooling — enrichment and orchestration platforms (Clay, ZoomInfo, Clearbit), sales engagement platforms (Regie.ai, Outreach, Salesloft), and workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n) Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript) and debug a broken workflow is a plus Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows — prompt engineering, LLM API integration, agentic task automation.
