Work Environment

This role is an onsite position within a vibrant rehabilitation facility where collaboration among a dedicated team of healthcare professionals is encouraged. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Epic Physiotherapy Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Managing and overseeing the therapeutic care process for a designated patient group in close coordination with attending physicians and healthcare team members.
• Providing and directing advanced physical therapy interventions, ensuring adherence to safety and ethical standards.
• Assisting patients with evaluations and administering treatments in accordance with established plans of care, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers in the use of therapeutic exercises, adaptive devices, and rehabilitation protocols to promote effective home care.
• Coordinating patient caseloads and daily staffing resources to ensure optimal service delivery and patient flow.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve a diverse patient population, including both adults and children experiencing various orthopedic conditions. You will engage with patients at varying stages of their rehabilitation journey, utilizing a tailored approach that focuses on individual motivation, progress, and recovery goals.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• While prior experience is not mandatory, a positive attitude towards learning and growth is essential.

Preferred Experience

We welcome candidates who exhibit a strong clinical acumen and collaboration skills. Experience in settings that focus on orthopedics or rehabilitative care is beneficial but not necessary for new graduates eager to learn.

Compensation and Benefits

Epic Physiotherapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by an extensive benefits package.
