Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to deliver care from a comfortable and distraction-free environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions, resulting in tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to foster client engagement and progress.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and all relevant compliance requirements.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case consultations and peer review processes to enhance care quality and treatment outcomes.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mental health conditions, appropriate treatment strategies, and available community resources to facilitate a comprehensive support system.

As a provider at Saint Louis Counseling, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active mental health professional license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R within the state of New York, allowing you to practice effectively and ethically.

• Proven foundation in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
