In this full-time role, you will focus on providing high-quality therapeutic services to a specific clientele—low-acuity patients who have been carefully pre-screened. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while you work from your preferred location. You will have the opportunity to manage your schedule effectively while ensuring that you remain available for your clients during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our outpatient office is designed to support effective communication and interaction, utilizing telehealth technologies that enable seamless virtual therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive initial evaluations to assess and understand clients' mental health needs, gathering relevant history and presenting issues.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on clients’ goals and therapeutic needs, regularly reviewing progress to make necessary adjustments.

• Delivering therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Managing crisis situations with professionalism and sensitivity, employing crisis intervention techniques when necessary.

• Participating in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training to stay updated on mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity clients, a demographic that often faces barriers to accessing care. This population may include individuals dealing with mild to moderate mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, or adjustment disorders. Your role will focus on providing compassionate and effective therapy tailored to help them navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted California licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another related discipline.

• A strong capability to engage clients in a supportive, collaborative, and respectful manner, creating an environment conducive to healing and growth.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably working with low-acuity populations.

• Demonstrated skills in utilizing various therapeutic techniques and styles, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a strong comfort level in conducting virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
