Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand and evaluate each patient's mental health status, employing tools such as the DSM-5 and developing individualized care plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, consistently evaluating patient progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal mental health outcomes.

• Document treatment progress with precise and timely records that comply with regulatory and departmental standards, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for record-keeping.

• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to co-create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that each plan aligns with the patient's desired outcomes and addresses their cultural context.

• Actively engage with the patient’s care network, which may include other healthcare professionals, to coordinate referrals and foster collaborative relationships that enhance treatment efficacy.

• Provide education and mentorship to interns, students, and volunteers, thereby contributing to the professional development of future clinicians.

As a therapist with Help and Hope Behavioral Health, you will be working with a diverse patient demographic seeking outpatient mental health support. Our clients are individuals fighting anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges who benefit from evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, accompanied by a current license issued by the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is the baseline requirement.

• Proficient understanding of human development, cultural patterns, and aging processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to patient care.

• Strong interpersonal skills to form positive relationships with patients and support staff alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
