Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to ascertain the patient's needs.

• Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans, integrating their specific goals and cultural perspectives into the process.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with effective tools to manage mental health conditions.

• Participate in a multidisciplinary team responsible for coordinating care, including collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations and modify treatment plans based on individual progress.

Qualifications\n

• The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
