Key Responsibilities\n

• Counsel clients individually through video chat sessions, providing therapeutic support that fosters improvement in mental health.

• Facilitate open discussions with clients to help them analyze their emotions, experiences, and relationships, guiding them toward personal insight.

• Serve as a client advocate, assisting them in defining realistic treatment goals and creating actionable steps to achieve them.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans using a solution-focused approach.

• Utilize our all-in-one counselor dashboard for client management, enabling you to efficiently conduct live sessions and monitor communications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health concerns, meticulously screened to ensure alignment with your areas of expertise. By matching you with clients who fit your specific specialties and demographic preferences, we minimize the stress of client acquisition and maximize your ability to make a tangible impact.

Qualifications\n

A successful candidate for the Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor position will hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. Additionally, applicants must be fully licensed in good standing within the state of California and able to practice independently without supervision. Specific license types accepted include:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and hours worked. We offer weekly direct deposit and a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors. This role serves as a valuable supplement to your current income or as the main source of revenue if you choose to transition to full-time.
