Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel while also supporting physician overflow to ensure continuity of care.
• Practice in a 100% clinic-based setting, eliminating the need for call responsibilities, thus promoting a better work-life balance.
• Conduct a variety of procedures, including IUD placements, Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies, women's wellness exams, and colposcopies (if trained), among others.
• Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to deliver evidence-based care while being supported by full Medical Doctor availability.
• Participate in regular clinical team meetings and training sessions to enhance your professional growth and learn about the latest updates in women’s health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physician Assistant, you will provide services aimed at promoting women's health, addressing various conditions, and guiding patients through their reproductive health journey in a caring environment. Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Physician Assistant Certification and an unrestricted State Medical License in New Jersey.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for this position, in compliance with local and federal mandates.
• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies or a related field from an accredited program is essential.
• Strong skills in active listening, critical thinking, and effective communication are crucial for collaborating with patients and healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Physician Assistant, specifically in an OB/GYN setting, is preferred.
• Training or experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly desirable.
• Experience in performing gynecological procedures is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 140,000 to 180,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.
