Work Environment\n

As a member of our team, you will work remotely from your location, equipped with the technological tools necessary to deliver therapeutic sessions. Our telehealth model not only ensures flexibility in scheduling but also allows for a comfortable environment for clients. The work schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to accommodate clients, allowing for a variety of clinical interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to thoroughly evaluate the symptoms, severity, and duration of clients' mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that emphasize their individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions for mood disorders, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and documentation, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside an attractive sign-on bonus for new hires.
