Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, or telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access screening protocols. Screen individuals and personal property using established screening equipment and procedures, escalating prohibited items, access concerns, and irregularities according to site policy. Verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials; maintain accurate entry records; and direct authorized persons to appropriate locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entrances, and surrounding business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
