Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather the necessary information and understand clients' needs and history.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual challenges, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy to individuals and groups dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues through a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to benefit client outcomes.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss client progress, share best practices, and receive feedback.

• Engage in continuing education to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques, mental health research, and ethical standards.

• Contribute to program strategies and service improvements, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relational difficulties. Utilizing telehealth, you will engage with clients of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences. Your counseling sessions will aim to empower clients while collaboratively working towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license/certification in the state of California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• At least two years of experience providing therapy for individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong understanding and experience with electronic medical records systems are highly preferred.

• Experience working specifically with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
