Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans for clients with acute or chronic mental health concerns, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy sessions to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring an empathetic and client-centered approach.

• Conduct thorough assessments of senior clients, identifying their unique mental health needs and developing appropriate strategies and interventions.

• Maintain ongoing confidential records, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to state and NCQA regulations.

• Participate in staff meetings and treatment conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies.

• Deliver telehealth services, utilizing secure platforms to reach clients effectively and enhance accessibility to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on geriatric clients, many of whom may be experiencing the complexities associated with aging and the associated mental health challenges. You will work with older adults to help them navigate life transitions, chronic illness, grief, and emotional difficulties, making your role critical in improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or similar in the state of California; note that associates-level licenses are currently not accepted for this role due to Medicare billing requirements.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and maintain quality care.

• Proficient in using technology for client communication, record-keeping, and data management; familiarity with telehealth platforms is desirable.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills, allowing for genuine connections with clients and teamwork with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous clinical experience focused on geriatric populations is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a robust salary package, our benefits include:
