Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing, ensuring ethical and compassionate engagement during each interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychologist

• No limited or provisional licenses and a clean disciplinary record are necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to empathize with clients' experiences and challenges.

• Proficient in using computing technology, specifically capable of conducting video sessions using a computer with audio and webcam capabilities.

• Reliable and high-speed internet connection is essential for remote work.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to $130,000 annually based on experience and hours worked.
