Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions with clients to determine their mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique challenges of each client.

• Offer ongoing support and coping strategies to empower clients to navigate their personal challenges, ensuring a safe and confidential space for discussion.

• Coordinate referrals to external healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and support groups, as necessary to provide comprehensive care pathways.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in electronic health record (EHR) systems, documenting progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base facing a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety and depression, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. You will leverage your expertise to provide culturally competent counseling tailored to the unique perspectives and backgrounds of each individual, fostering therapeutic alliances that empower them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience demonstrating a depth of knowledge in various mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.
