This position offers a fully remote work environment, providing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

The successful candidate will engage in a range of essential duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs of individuals, families, and groups, and making informed decisions about triaging care.

• Formulating and implementing tailored treatment plans based on clients' assessments, involving therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Documenting clinical interactions and treatment progress in a timely and ethical manner, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, sharing insights about clients' needs and progress during meetings and consultations.

• Providing case management services, engaging with hospital and community professionals to enhance the continuum of care for clients.
\n
• Applying a comprehensive understanding of mental health issues to ensure the successful delivery of services that address the physical, psychological, and social needs of clients, regardless of their age.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse population including individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, relationship conflicts, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring therapists to be culturally sensitive and adaptable in their therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing direct mental health services.

• Strong commitment to ethical principles and professional standards in counseling.
\n
• Ability to work flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, to accommodate client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or substantive experience in areas such as trauma-informed care or addiction treatment will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with insurance billing processes and telehealth platforms is also a plus.
