Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately diagnose and identify mental health needs and risks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of adult clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our therapists are essential in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys, providing guidance and support as they work towards recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Compassionate and non-judgmental attitude when working with diverse client populations.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure effective case management and follow-up.

• No history of disciplinary action or license sanctions is preferred.
