Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, ensuring the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 standards.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic objectives and interventions, adjusting these as needed to align with progress and changing circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Administer crisis intervention as necessary, promptly assessing and addressing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring all notes and documentation are thorough and up-to-date.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive support system for clients.

• Engage in community outreach and education efforts, helping clients and their families understand mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources.

• Commit to ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health practice through workshops, training sessions, and relevant literature.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential sign-on bonuses.
