Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Insight Therapy Inc., you will carry the important responsibility of providing compassionate mental health support to clients, which includes:

• Implementing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitating conversations that foster self-awareness and encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services are primarily aimed at stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and unrestricted professional license to practice independently in Texas as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses; a clean professional record is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in providing individual therapy.
