To foster a supportive work culture, our outpatient office operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. With flexible work arrangements, you can maintain a minimum 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule from Monday to Friday, providing the opportunity for both collaboration with peers and independent practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to enhance client practices, focusing on stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing interventions accordingly.

• Lead engaging mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to encourage self-awareness and coping mechanisms.

• Facilitate group workshops centered on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques for client groups.

• Integrate mindfulness approaches within individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and promoting holistic growth.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment for clients.

Qualifications\n
