Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring awareness of their unique needs and circumstances.

• Providing ongoing individual therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to client goals.

• Completing all required documentation promptly to adhere to regulatory standards and maintain client records accurately.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through supervision, targeted trainings, and participation in statewide meetings or committees relevant to mental health.

• Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with other professionals and community partners to enhance service delivery and expand support networks for clients.

• Representing the organization at community events and discussions, thereby promoting our mission and expanding our reach.

• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability within your role.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will need to meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
