Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based, culturally competent psychotherapy in an outpatient environment to individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of mental health issues.

• Engage in the collaborative development of treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique goals, values, and lived experiences.

• Address and support clients dealing with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and systemic oppression, enriching their coping strategies and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards while promoting efficient workflow.

Qualifications\n
