This position is primarily remote, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while collaborating with a committed team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient office in Atlanta, Georgia serves as a hub where we meet and consult as needed, fostering a community focused on holistic healing. Regular business hours are maintained, that is Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a work-life balance that is essential for effective mental health practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals using evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized interventions to achieve clinical objectives.

• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality standards and regulations, including HIPAA, thus upholding the highest ethical practices.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists within the treatment team, contributing to a cohesive care strategy.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, taking part in quality improvement initiatives that directly enhance client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and connect them with resources in the community to facilitate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based therapy techniques, enabling tailored intervention strategies for clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong abilities in problem-solving and critical thinking, essential for navigating complex therapeutic scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
