Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools to identify patient needs and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address specific mental health concerns.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, helping clients build community connections while addressing common challenges in mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care, ensuring that all aspects of the patient’s treatment are addressed collaboratively.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, guiding them through immediate coping strategies and coordinating care as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
