Our virtual community facilitates real-time consultations and team meetings through telehealth platforms, ensuring that our staff remain connected and supported in delivering high-quality mental health services.Key Responsibilities\n\n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs.\n Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's situation.\n Provide compassionate therapy for individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.\n Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans during sessions to ensure optimal outcomes.\n Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with legal and ethical standards.\n Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create cohesive and comprehensive treatment strategies.\n Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health care.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\nIn this role, you will interact with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with various mental health issues, couples navigating relationship dynamics, and families dealing with intergenerational conflicts. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges the unique backgrounds of our clients, fostering an environment of trust and acceptance.Qualifications\n\n A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.\n Current state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).\n At least 2 years of experience providing clinical therapy services in a mental health setting.\n Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.\n Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records software.\nPreferred Experience\n\n Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.\n Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practices.\nCompensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
