Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group counseling sessions to clients, adapting treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments. You will also manage triage and crisis interventions as necessary.

• Assess client needs and coordinate case management services, ensuring timely referrals and access to additional healthcare resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Pennsylvania LCSW license is mandatory, affirming your qualifications to practice in the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
