Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for clients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaboratively work towards enhancing client care.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions both virtually and in-person, addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and effectively responding to immediate client needs.

• Regularly monitor client engagement, adherence to treatment plans, and outcomes through detailed documentation and follow-up procedures.

• Educate clients and families on available resources and foster connections to community services that promote sustained emotional well-being.

• Communicate effectively with external providers to ensure continuity of care, including sharing relevant client information and coordinating treatment efforts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Clinical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
