The role of Telehealth Specialist is performed remotely, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a caseload of pre-screened, low-acuity clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring measurable goals and progress tracking for each client.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our Electronic Health Records (EHR), complying with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and new approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is necessary to practice in Tennessee.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Google Suite and experience using EHR systems.
