Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Pure Mind Therapeutics, you will be at the forefront of our clients' therapeutic journeys. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging group therapy sessions tailored to encourage interaction, solidarity, and healing among clients facing similar challenges.

• Providing one-on-one individual therapy, fostering a safe space for exploration, healing, and the development of personalized coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and reflect the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Regularly assessing and monitoring client progress through evidence-based assessment tools, utilizing both qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This population often deals with mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional challenges. Your role will be pivotal in not only guiding their recovery but also in instilling hope and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; additional qualifications or certifications in mental health therapy are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
