Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in both virtual and in-person settings, conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions tailored to their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Perform evidence-based screenings and refer clients to additional services as necessary, adjusting care strategies according to individual progress and feedback.

• Contribute to crisis intervention efforts by providing immediate support and emotional stability during acute episodes.

• Maintain an active caseload, scheduling regular updates and family therapy sessions to ensure that treatment aligns with client goals and expectations.

• Carry out responsibilities related to client admissions, monitoring their treatment stay, and final discharge, adhering to established criteria to evaluate their readiness and well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n
