Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments by gathering relevant data to aid in treating patients effectively, which includes mental status evaluations, assessments of functional impairments, and histories related to behavioral health, substance use, and trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific mental health symptoms and supporting their journey towards recovery.

• Employ culturally competent and trauma-informed methodologies to foster a safe therapeutic environment and empower clients.

• Document all clinical notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational regulations to maintain a high standard of care.

• Coordinate with community resources and make vital referrals to ensure patients are connected to all necessary support systems, helping them overcome barriers to accessing care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our therapy practice focuses on clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, among others. Your ability to connect with patients from different backgrounds and tailor your approach to their unique needs will greatly enhance their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW certification required).

• Active mental health license in California, specifically LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary within the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
