Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling to clients through secure video interactions.

• Conduct comprehensive, ongoing assessments to evaluate client needs and create individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or other transitional life challenges. This role emphasizes supportive transitioning rather than crisis intervention, allowing you to foster therapeutic relationships that help clients achieve their personal goals for mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Massachusetts as either LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
