Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses and creating comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Maintain and secure accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
