Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support mental health and emotional well-being among clients.

• Provide comprehensive case management, ensuring holistic support for clients navigating behavioral health services and resources.

• Utilize effective de-escalation techniques to assess and manage risks associated with clients’ mental health crises.
\n
• Collaborate with practitioners to identify urgent safeguarding risks and escalate emergency situations in accordance with established protocols.

• Inform Clinical Leads of any new safeguarding risks and actively participate in the development of mitigation strategies.
\n
• Regularly review and adhere to safeguarding policies, integrating these into daily service delivery while addressing any implementation challenges.

• Engage in outcomes-focused practices, collecting feedback from clients and caregivers to identify challenges and recommend actionable improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with children, youth, and their families, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and addressing cultural factors that may impact their mental health and overall access to services.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program is required.

• Current Licensure : You must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting is essential, demonstrating a thorough understanding of clinical practices.

• Proven experience conducting psychosocial history assessments, case management evaluations, and employing interview techniques that assist in suicide assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
