Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychoeducational sessions on perinatal mental health, offering assessments, interventions, and follow-up services tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and develop treatment plans, ensuring each patient's specific circumstances are integrated into the care process.

• Collaborate with interns and volunteers in planning and executing community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness and services.
\n
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals and community organizations to enhance service delivery and increase intake referrals.

• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines as established by the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association in all interactions.

• Maintain thorough documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and incident reports, all while upholding compliance with JCAHO, Medicaid, and DBH standards.

• Engage regularly in case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing training to stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health care.

• Assist in addressing social service needs in collaboration with the clinical team, connecting clients with local agencies and resources for comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, mood disorders, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure in mental health counseling as per Washington State regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• Authorized to work in the U.S., with no history of medical malpractice claims.

Compensation and Benefits\n
