This role offers a remote work setting through our telehealth facility, enabling healthcare professionals to deliver essential services to clients across the state. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs, challenges, and strengths, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that address specific goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
