Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon their arrival, observing their physical capabilities, medical history, and personal goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
• Utilize independent judgment and clinical expertise to adapt treatment techniques and adjust care plans based on patient responses and progress.
• Provide hands-on therapy, engaging patients in exercises and activities designed to restore mobility and alleviate pain.
• Maintain clear and supportive communication with patients and their families regarding treatment progress, home exercises, and ongoing rehabilitation strategies.
• Document patient progress and outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on care approaches, ensuring a unified treatment philosophy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, workplace injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. Our rehabilitation approaches are customized, allowing you to apply your knowledge effectively to each individual's needs. You will address various aspects affecting patients, from their physical ability to their emotional and psychological well-being, ensuring a holistic approach to their health and recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy, particularly within an orthopedic or rehabilitation context.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and care coordination.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
