Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, developing accurate clinical diagnoses and actionable treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific needs, ensuring sessions remain focused and productive.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, employing effective techniques to de-escalate and support those in urgent need of assistance.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to develop comprehensive care solutions for clients.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, available resources, and treatment options, advocating for their needs and rights throughout the therapeutic process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, staying informed about best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field must be obtained.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
