This role is entirely remote, granting flexibility while allowing our team members to maintain a work/life balance in an increasingly digital world. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist, your role will involve a variety of key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, exploring treatment options, and facilitating self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress throughout treatment and adjusting plans as necessary to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

• Engaging in regular collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary care.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards.

• Participating in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and enhance clinical strategies.

• Serving as a staunch advocate for clients, promoting awareness and de-stigmatization related to mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on individuals struggling with various mood disorders including, but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Your empathetic approach and clinical expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges and work toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• A strong foundation in therapeutic practices, with an emphasis on evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders.
