Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental and emotional challenges and goals.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, using evidence-based methodologies for effective therapy delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist with the State Board is mandatory.

• Strong skills in timely completion of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

A background working with children, adolescents, and couples is highly desirable. Candidates who can demonstrate their proficiency in therapeutic practices and previous remote counseling experience will be favored.
